Practicing Mindfulness for your Mental Health

I love when my personal passions and work passions start to integrate! #Gratitude to be on Global News National Morning Show to share some of the in's and out's of #mindfulness with all of Canada... Dispelling the myths - including what it is NOT - and how it can be really helpful for folks who are having a hard time in these uncertain times. I was only able to to share a small snapshot of a mindfulness practice, but always happy to share how this practice impacts my work as a journalist and as human being.
